Praying Mothers Connect at Stanborough Primary School

On June 15, 2024, the Stanborough Primary School in Watford hosted an inspiring event titled ‘Praying Mothers’ Connect,’ organised by Sister Toyin Aworinde and her dedicated team. This remarkable gathering brought together around 140 women in person, with many more joining virtually, all eager to experience the divine presence.

The event featured powerful prayer sessions led by anointed prayer leaders - SEC Prayer Ministries Coordinator, Linda Asare, Blessed Hope Church minister Ayo Adesina, Elder Gloria Mosha-Onchiri, Sisters Uche Ademuyiwa and Lola Adegbenjo. Their sessions interjected with beautiful songs of worship, utilised the words of God as spiritual tools, enabling mothers to affirm, declare, and wield their faith to combat the adversities of the enemy and establish God’s plans in the lives of their children.

One of the attendees, Yewande Oladipo commented, “I do not think I have prayed this much this year, it was back-to-back prayers, and something definitely shifted in me”.

Participants testified to the palpable movement of God during the event. The coordinators are now collecting these testimonies, which speak of the miraculous works witnessed. It was a truly God-ordained day, filled with faith, unity, and the power of collective prayer.

Mothers all echoed this was a much-needed event and unilaterally agreed this would be a bi-annual event. To join the mailing list, please contact mothersatprayer@outook.com
